Unbelievably Creamy Homemade Ice Cream

    Preparation

    Ingredients

    • NESTLÉ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
      1can (380 g)
    • NESTLÉ DESSERT CREAM
      1 can (290 g)
    • egg
      1
    • vanilla essence
       
    • nuts
       
    • cherries
       
    • berries

    Method

    1. In the food processor or by hand, thoroughly mix 1 can (380 g) NESTLÉ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK with 1 can (290 g) NESTLÉ DESSERT CREAM and 1 egg.
    2. Add vanilla essence to taste.
    3. Place in a sealable container and top with nuts, cherries, berries or whatever you fancy.
    4. Place in the freezer for 1-2 hrs, remove and whip up.
    5. Recover, place in freezer for a further 1-2 hrs and repeat.
    6. Recover, place in freezer for a further 1-2 hrs and repeat.
    7. Place back in freezer and allow to freeze overnight.
    8. The more times you remove and whip up, the creamier the texture of the frozen product.
    9. Vary the flavour by using NESTLÉ CARAMEL TREAT and adding ingredients like choc chips.
